New Health History Form - all district/council events will require the new form. You only need to fill out part A and B, unless it is an overnight event lasting longer than 72 hours (ie. Webelos Adventure Camp). Tip: download the form and fill it out using Acrobat Reader and save the file so you don't have to fill out a new one every time. You can then print one whenever you need it.

Bayou Segnette State Park - Offers nature programs that can be used towards rank requirements as well as wildlife conservation beltloop and pin. They have camping available and is a good place to do service projects. If a scheduled event does not work, contact the Interpretive Ranger for a customized meeting. President's Volunteer Service Award - Register here to track adult service hours. Our group name is Pack 395 and the group code is RKS-578X. Once you have registered, go to the Groups tab and enter the group code. To tie your record of service to the group, enter PKT-29777 in the Your Record of Service Key line in the Profile tab. To track the boy's hours, you can download a Record of Service form here. When you fill up a form, turn it in to Chris and he will log the boy's hours.
